PEACE is part of a statewide Criminal Justice Collaborative and for the last few years, we've been working to ensure that children who commit nonviolent misdemeanors get access to diversion programs instead of being branded for life with criminal records. Earlier this year, we discovered that over 5,000 children who were eligible for diversion did NOT get access. 

We will be having a virtual rally for civil citations with Senator Brandes on Thursday, July 9th at 10:30am. This will include people from across Florida and we will discuss our next steps to make sure our children get second chances.
