Emily Small – Lead Organizer

Emily Small grew up in Narberth, Pennsylvania – right outside Philadelphia.  She attended Haverford College, where she graduated in the year 2000 with a Bachelors degree in English.  Upon graduation, she worked in Washington, DC as a paralegal with a civil rights law firm.  In 2001, she moved to Florida to accept a position with the FAITH organization (Fighting Against Injustice Toward Harmony) in Volusia County. She was promoted from Associate Organizer to Lead Organizer in 2003, and moved to accept the Lead Organizer position at PEACE in Palm Beach County in December of 2005. 

Emily has 18 years of experience organizing people of faith to live out the biblical call to do justice. She considers her work a vocation. She lives in West Palm Beach with her husband and their three children.





 Virginia Donnal – Associate Organizer

Virginia Donnal grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia and graduated in 2011 with Bachelors Degrees in History, Religious Studies, and Education. After graduation she was accepted into the DART Organizers Institute and trained as an Organizer Fellow in Charlottesville at the IMPACT organization. At the end of her training - December 2011 - she was hired on at PEACE as an Associate Organizer.

Virginia feels blessed to be able to live out her faith and values by organizing people to do justice and looks forward to continuing in this vocation.
