Florida Immigration Collation

Justice Celebration
This is when we celebrate all our hard work and our victories. We will hear testimonies, songs and dance, awards, and get the chance to further the work by making financial investments.
Nehemiah Action
Bring at least three people with you! This is the largest and most important meeting of the year. We expect over 1,200 people to come out for justice this year. This is when we ask our public officials to make specific commitments for action, based on the solutions researched and developed by the organization.
Justice Rally
This is when we report who we have confirmed for the Nehemiah Action and when the Research Committees will report the research and the proposed action to address the community problems we voted on in the fall.
Community Problems Assembly
Join PEACE at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, for our first Palm Beach Commissioner Candidate Forum focusing on housing! We will also give updates on our Police Community Relations and mental health campaigns.

Affordable Housing Press Conference
HB 1365 went into effect on October 1st. This Bill makes it illegal to sleep outside and authorizes local governments to set up a camp for homeless individuals to remain. This Bill does not provide funding and it allows for arrest of those breaking the law. This isn't going to solve homelessness.
